▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene phthalocyanine composite material is claimed. The raw material for preparation of graphene phthalocyanine composite material is composed of reduced graphene and phthalocyanine compounds in a mass ratio of 1-5:2-10. The phthalocyanine compound is (I) or (II). USE - The graphene phthalocyanine composite material is useful in electrochemical catalytic reduction of carbon dioxide and photocatalytic degradation of hexavalent chromium ions (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene phthalocyanine composite material: has strong bonding force of reduced graphene and phthalocyanine compound; is easy to prepare; utilizes low cost raw material; and utilizes graphene and phthalocyanine can be closely combined without additional chemical modification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene phthalocyanine composite material is claimed. The raw material for preparation of graphene phthalocyanine composite material is composed of reduced graphene and phthalocyanine compounds in a mass ratio of 1-5:2-10. The phthalocyanine compound is of formulae (I) or (II). M1, M2 = Co2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Fe2+, Mn2+ or Cu2+; and R1, R2 = -NH2 or -NO2. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene phthalocyanine composite material, comprising mixing organic solvent with phthalocyanine compound and reduced graphene to obtain final product.
