▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has an upper graphene array (1) is fixedly set on the lower bottom surface of an upper flexible substrate (5). The lower layer graphene array is fixedly set on the upper bottom surface of the flexible substrate. The upper layer graphene array and the lower layer graphene array are located between two flexible substrates. The upper layer graphene array is located above the lower layer graphene array. A graphene pressure sensing unit (2) in the upper graphene array and the graphene pressure sensing unit in the lower graphene array are aligned tightly. The graphene pressure sensing unit in a lower graphene array (8) is connected by a metal connecting strip. USE - Used as a flexible pressure sensor based on graphene array. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is easy to bend and deform in laser direct writing process and simple in structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of flexible pressure sensor based on graphene array.
