NOVELTY - Silicon carbon cathode sheet comprises slurry material coated metal foil, where the slurry comprises 90-95 wt.% graphene silicon carbon body, 3-4.5 wt.% binder, 0.5-2.5 wt.% carbon nanotubes and balance amount of solvent. USE - Silicon carbon cathode sheet. ADVANTAGE - The silicon carbon cathode sheet has expansion-resistant property and high tensile strength characteristics, and improves service life of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing silicon carbon cathode sheet, which involves: (A) mixing silicon and carbon-containing polymer as a raw material and then cracking the mixed material at high temperature to obtain silicon carbon composite powder; (B) embedding graphene into the silicon carbon composite material; (C) stirring the obtained material with binder and solvent in a stirring tank; (D) adding the stirred material with carbon nanotubes to obtain slurry; and (E) spraying the obtained slurry for coating on metal foil and to perform single and double side coating.
