▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heat-resistant and anti-corrosion coating composition, comprises a resin base and a curing agent in a mass ratio of (5.5-6.5): 1.5. The resin base comprises 55-60 pts. wt. modified bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 18-20 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. glass fiber, 7- 9 pts. wt. asbestos powder, 8-10 pts. wt. nano mica powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant and the curing agent is amine curing agent, where the modified bisphenol A type epoxy resin is composed of amino silane, bisphenol A type epoxy resin and organic solvent in a weight ratio of 1: (2.5-3): (5-8) and the graphene phosphide is phosphorus trichloride, graphene oxide and de-ionized water in a weight ratio of 1: (3-5): (50-100). USE - Used as heat-resistant and anti-corrosion coating composition. ADVANTAGE - The coating composition has excellent heat-resistant heat preservation and anticorrosion performance; solves the problem of insufficient corrosion resistance of the heat-resistant coating; and is suitable for high temperature and high corrosion environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating composition comprising (i) adding graphene oxide into the de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (ii)adding phosphorus trichloride into graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring under the inert atmosphere, filtering, washing the filter cake and drying to obtain the graphene phosphide; (iii) dissolving bisphenol A type epoxy resin in the organic solvent, adding aminosilane, stirring, vacuum extracting and distilling after stirring to obtain modified bisphenol A type epoxy resin; (iv) adding phosphorus graphene into the modified bisphenol A type epoxy resin, glass fiber, asbestos powder, nano mica powder, antifoaming agent and dispersant and stirring to obtain resin base; and (v) adding the curing agent into the resin base and stirring.
