NOVELTY - An aqueous metal hub acrylic enamel paint comprises 22.5 wt.% imported acrylic resin, 4.5 wt.% graphene polylactic acid polystyrene sodium complex, 1.8 wt.% pH neutralizer, 31.8 wt.% purified water, 0.25 wt.% organosilicon modified defoamer, 1.7 wt.% propylene glycol methyl ether, 10.5 wt.% amino resin, 3.5 wt.% coupling agent, 2.7 wt.% aqueous silver powder alignment aid, 0.1 wt.% low foam wetting agent, 0.15 wt.% wetting leveling agent, 4.5 wt.% amino resin, 8 wt.% aqueous aluminum paste, 5 wt.% filming aid, 1.5 wt.% adhesion promoter, 1.3 wt.% substrate wetting agent and 0.2 wt.% silicone modified foam inhibitor. The imported acrylic resin is thermoplastic acrylic resin Degalan LP50/02; organosilicon modified defoamer is B-0518; amino resin is Resimene CE 8824; aqueous silver powder aligning agent is XH-19; aqueous aluminum paste is L206; substrate wetting agent is HANSA ADD 1065; and silicone modified foam inhibitor is DF1161. USE - Aqueous metal hub acrylic enamel paint. ADVANTAGE - The product is stable, low solvent content, has no added lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and other heavy metals, good adhesive force, bright color, high luster, suitable for different material including aluminum alloy and iron, nontoxic, has no explosion risk, safe storage and lo-cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous metal hub acrylic enamel paint comprising taking 2/5 purified water, adding aqueous aluminum paste, aqueous silver powder aligning agent and propylene glycol, dispersing at rate of 400 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10 minutes to obtain mixed solution, taking imported acrylic resin, graphene polylactic acid polystyrene sodium complex, 2/5 purified water, organosilicon modified defoamer, propylene glycol and pH neutralizer, regulating pH value to 8.2-8.4, dispersing at rate of 800-1200 rpm for 5-10 minutes, adding amino resin, coupling agent, low-foam wetting agent, wetting leveling agent and substrate material wetting agent, dispersing at rate of 1200-1600 rpm for 5-10 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, and dispersing at rate of 600-800 rpm for 35-40 minutes.
