▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Long-cycle-life power battery comprises anode sheet, cathode sheet, separator, electrolyte and casing. The anode sheet is obtained by coating mixture of anode active material, conductive agent A and binder A on both sides of aluminum foil. The cathode sheet is obtained by coating mixture of cathode active material, conductive agent B and binder B on aluminum foil. The anode active material is a lithium iron phosphate material coated with modified single-armed carbon nanotubes, which is prepared by (1) preparing boron-doped single-armed carbon nanotubes, (2) carrying out hydroxylation modification on boron-doped single-armed carbon nanotubes, (3) preparing multi-doped modified single-armed carbon nanotubes, (4) preparing lithium iron phosphate, and (5) coating lithium iron phosphate material with multi-doped modified single-armed carbon nanotubes to obtain the anode active material. USE - Used as a long-cycle-life power battery. ADVANTAGE - The long-cycle-life power battery: has excellent cycle performance, high energy density, good battery rate performance, long service life, and good application prospects; and can significantly improve the electrochemical performance of the battery.
