NOVELTY - The graphene sensor (500) has a channel having graphene film (104') that is formed on a substrate (100). A source electrode (105) is joined to the end of the channel. A FET structure having drain electrode (106) is joined to the other end of the channel. The graphene film is set with graphene crystal parallel to the surface of the substrate. A functional group is used to couple the to-be-detected substance species with adsorption or to-be-detected substance species is modified by the edge of the grapheme crystal. USE - Graphene sensor of substance species analyzer (claimed) for analyzing biological species such as DNA. ADVANTAGE - The highly sensitive graphene sensor can detect predetermined substance species even from the sample solution in which multiple substance species are mixed. The disease diagnosis by high speed and high sensitivity can be attained by utilizing the graphene sensor.
