NOVELTY - A graphene doped conductive paste preparing method involves weighing conductive paste, dispersing agent and de-ionized water. The dispersant is mixed with deionized water, poured into a stirrer, vacuumized at 0.1 mpa, and stirred. The conductive paste is added into the vacuum stirrer, at rpm of 20 plus minus 3, 400 plus minus 20 and slowly stirred, and stirred followed by mixing the graphene into the vacuum stirrer, adding the rest de-ionized water to vacuum stirrer, slowly stirring, quickly stirring, and measuring prepared slurry viscosity and solid content of the prepared slurry. USE - Method for preparing graphene doped conductive paste. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing conductive paste with high conductivity, low internal resistance, uniform size distribution, easy coated, in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene doped conductive paste preparing method involves weighing conductive paste, dispersing agent and de-ionized water at ratio of 100: 5-15: 3. The dispersant is mixed with deionized water, poured into a vacuum stirrer at rpm 20 plus minus 3, slow stirring rotation of 400 plus minus 20 rpm, vacuumized at 0.1 mpa, and stirred at 100 plus minus 5 rpm, 4000 plus minus 100 rpm for 1 hour. The conductive paste is added into the vacuum stirrer, at rpm of 20 plus minus 3, 400 plus minus 20 and slowly stirred, vacuumized at -0.1 Mpa, and stirred for 1.5 hours followed by mixing the graphene into the vacuum stirrer at 20 plus minus 3 rpm, 400 plus minus 20 rpm and slowly stirred for 0.5 hours, adding the rest de-ionized water to vacuum stirrer at 20 plus minus 3 rpm, 400 plus minus 20 rpm, slowly stirring and pumping at vacuum of -0.1mpa, quickly stirring for 30 minutes, and measuring prepared slurry viscosity and solid content of the prepared slurry.
