▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing self-repairing coatings, comprises (i) adding polyvinyl alcohol to deionized water at 80-100 degrees C, stirring for 0.5-2 hours and adjusting the pH to 1-4 to obtain polyvinyl alcohol solution; (ii) taking polyvinyl alcohol solution obtained in step (i), adding graphene oxide to the polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, placing in a microwave and heating to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, where the volume ratio of graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1g:(0.02-0.75) ml; (iii) preparing tannic acid solution, where the volume ratio of tannic acid to deionized water is 1 g:(70-250) ml; (iv) preparing substrate coated with an index self-assembled coating; and (v) immersing substrate coated with an index self-assembled coating is graphene oxide dispersion for 5-10 minutes, washing and drying, immersing in tannic acid solution for 5-10 minutes, washing and drying and repeating the operation for 5-30 times. USE - The method is useful for preparing self-repairing coatings. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having skin structure and tooth hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing self-repairing coatings, comprises (i) adding polyvinyl alcohol to deionized water at 80-100 degrees C, stirring for 0.5-2 hours and adjusting the pH to 1-4 to obtain polyvinyl alcohol solution, where the volume ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water is 1 g:(35-1000) ml; (ii) taking polyvinyl alcohol solution obtained in step (i), adding graphene oxide to the polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, placing in a microwave, heating at 100-130 degrees C for 2-5 minutes, adjusting the pH to 1-4 after heating to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, where the volume ratio of graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1g:(0.02-0.75) ml; (iii) adding tannic acid to deionized water, protecting from light and scattering for 0.5-1 hour, subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion and adjusting the pH to 1-3.5 to obtain tannic acid solution, where the volume ratio of tannic acid to deionized water is 1 g:(70-250) ml; (iv) preparing index coating by using a glass piece as a substrate, immersing the substrate in polyvinyl alcohol solution for 5-10 minutes, washing, drying, immersing in tannic acid solution for 5-10 minutes, washing and drying and repeating the operation for 30-50 times to obtain substrate coated with an index self-assembled coating; and (v) immersing substrate coated with an index self-assembled coating is graphene oxide dispersion for 5-10 minutes, washing and drying, immersing in tannic acid solution for 5-10 minutes, washing and drying and repeating the operation for 5-30 times.
