ADVANTAGE - The composite material regulates transfer of photo-electron, and ensures good antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite material, which involves: (A) mixing titanium dioxide, reduced graphene oxide and aqueous solution of cadmium sulfide; (B) centrifuging obtained solution to obtain solid phase; and (C) washing, drying and baking solid phase to obtain product.
