NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional porous heteroatom-doped graphene comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide, heteroatom precursor, noble metal salt and templating agent in solvent, heating, stirring, drying to obtain precursor, placing in quartz boat, baking under reducing inert gas atmosphere at 600-1000 degrees C at heating speed of 5-25 degrees C/minute for 1-3 hours, cooling to obtain solid, treating with mixed liquid of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid for 12-24 hours, washing with deionized water, drying, and baking under reducing inert gas atmosphere at 600-1000 degrees C for 1-3 hours. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional porous heteroatom-doped graphene used for preparing combined membrane electrode (claimed) for fuel battery, metal-air battery and supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of combined membrane electrode comprising ultrasonically dispersing three-dimensional porous heteroatom-doped graphene with dispersant to obtain catalyst, transferring to glassy carbon electrode and drying at room temperature.
