▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Water-dispersible polyaryletherketone sizing agent comprises soluble polyaryletherketone dry floc, interface agent and solvent. The preparation of water-dispersible polyaryletherketone sizing agent comprises (1) adding the soluble polyaryletherketone polymer resin powder into the high-speed disperser, adding deionized water, organic solvent, auxiliary-solvent and surfactant, turning on mechanical stirring, controlling the stirring speed, stirring for homogeneous dispersion, and obtaining a uniform polyaryletherketone emulsion; (2) pouring polyaryletherketone emulsion obtained in step (1) into a stirring and recycling device, introducing a small amount of compressed air, spin drying, and obtaining dry soluble polyaryletherketone flocs; and (3) adding soluble polyaryletherketone dry floc, solvent and interface agent into closed device equipped with high-speed emulsifier, opening high-speed emulsifier, and continuously stirring. USE - The high temperature resistant sizing agent is useful for preparing polyether-ether-ketone, polyether ketone ketone polyimide polyetherimide or polyphenylene sulfide sulfone polyether sulfone and other high temperature engineering resin as substrate and reinforced carbon fiber surface slurry of three-dimensional printing material. ADVANTAGE - The water-dispersible polyaryletherketone sizing agent: has high temperature resistant property; and can significantly improves the interfacial fusion between carbon fiber, glass fiber and resin substrate, improves the mechanical properties of composite materials and 3D printing materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Water-dispersible polyaryletherketone sizing agent comprises 1-25 wt.% soluble polyaryletherketone dry floc, 1-10 wt.% interface agent and 60-90 wt.% solvent. The preparation of water-dispersible polyaryletherketone sizing agent comprises (1) adding the soluble polyaryletherketone polymer resin powder into the high-speed disperser, adding deionized water, organic solvent, auxiliary-solvent and surfactant, turning on mechanical stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 100-200 revolutions/minute, stirring for 20-60 minutes for homogeneous dispersion, and obtaining a uniform polyaryletherketone emulsion; (2) pouring the polyaryletherketone emulsion obtained in step (1) into a stirring and recycling device, introducing a small amount of compressed air, spin drying at controlled temperature of 50-85°C, and obtaining dry soluble polyaryletherketone flocs; and (3) adding the soluble polyaryletherketone dry floc, solvent and interface agent into the closed device equipped with high-speed emulsifier, opening the high-speed emulsifier, continuously stirring at 3000-8000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes to obtain uniform and stable water-dispersed polyaryletherketone sizing agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon fiber composite material by using the soluble polyaryletherketone resin sizing agent, comprising (i) continuously and slowly passing a carbon fiber precursors through the sizing tank filled with water-dispersible polyaryletherketone sizing agent, so that the carbon fiber precursors are immersed in the water-dispersible polyaryletherketone sizing agent, fiber pulling speed is 1-200 mm/minutes, obtaining carbon fibers whose surface is modified with a soluble polyaryletherketone sizing agent, and evaporating the solvent to obtain carbon fibers whose surface is evenly coated with a polyaryletherketone film; and (ii) obtaining the carbon fiber that the surface is evenly covered with polyaryletherketone film through step (i), heating to 350-400°C and drying for 2-5 hours.
