▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional network graphene-based polyaniline/platinum-silver composite catalyst is obtained by wrapping polyaniline in outer layer of reduced graphene oxide with a three-dimensional spatial network structure as a carrier to obtain spatially confined material of polyaniline-doped three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide (PANI-3D-rGO), and loading platinum-silver nanoparticles. USE - Three-dimensional network graphene-based polyaniline/platinum-silver composite catalyst used for preparing modified electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst-modified electrode effectively shields oxidation signals of dopamine and ascorbic acid during uric acid test, and effectively solves the problems of anti-interference and sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of three-dimensional network graphene-based polyaniline/platinum-silver composite catalyst, which involves: (a) dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, adding ferric chloride solution and metal catalyst precursor solution containing platinum and silver for ultrasonic dispersion and mixing, and adding aniline monomer and concentrated phosphoric acid for mixing; (b) adding phosphoric acid solution dissolved with ammonium persulfate to react to obtain a solid product, which is filtered through a mixed membrane with a preset aperture; (c) washing with distilled water and ethanol, adding obtained powder product to phosphoric acid solution containing ascorbic acid for stirring and mixing treatment; and (d) filtering obtained product, washing with water and alcohol, and air-drying; (2) preparation of modified electrode based on three-dimensional network graphene-based polyaniline/platinum-silver composite catalyst, which involves: (a) polishing glassy carbon electrode, cleaning and drying; (b) ultrasonically dispersing the three-dimensional network graphene-based polyaniline/platinum-silver composite catalyst and Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) in ethanol to form a mixed suspension; (c) dripping mixed suspension to the surface of the glassy carbon electrode and drying at room temperature; (d) dispersing Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) in ethanol to form Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) diluted solution, dripping Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) diluted solution onto the surface of the glassy carbon electrode, and drying at room temperature to obtain a catalyst modified electrode; (e) pretreating the catalyst modified electrode; and (3) electrochemical test method based on the modified electrode of three-dimensional network graphene-based polyaniline/platinum-silver composite catalyst, which involves: (a) using a three-electrode system such as the modified electrode based on the three-dimensional network graphene-based polyaniline/platinum-silver composite catalyst as working electrode, graphite electrode as counter electrode and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, and carrying out pulse voltammetry test, where the potential range of pulse voltammetry test is -0.1-0.9 V vs standard calomel electrode, the scanning amplitude is 50 mV, the pulse width is 50 ms, and carried out in environment of 0.1 M phoshate buffered saline solution with pH of 6.8.
