NOVELTY - Preparation method of high-conductivity lithium iron phosphate positive electrode sheet, involves (a) performing two-step high-temperature sintering after using silicon dioxide nanospheres as templates, mixing with melamine and ultrasonically dispersing in water, etching the product in hydrofluoric acid solution to remove silicon dioxide, filtering washing and drying successively to obtain porous hollow graphitic carbon nitride nanospheres, and (b) mixing the porous hollow graphitic carbon nitride nanospheres and graphene in N-methylpyrrolidone, dispersing by ultrasonic vibration, adding and stirring polyethylene glycol diacrylate and a photoinitiator, and performing UV light-initiated polymerization in an inert atmosphere, adding nano lithium iron phosphate to fully homogenize, and the coating obtained mixed slurry on carbon-coated aluminum foil to obtain a positive electrode sheet. USE - Preparation method of high-conductivity lithium iron phosphate positive electrode used in lithium ion battery positive electrode material concentrated in lithium manganate, ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphor phosphate. ADVANTAGE - The method forms a complete conductive path through the doping method to improve the conductivity; the particle size matching of large and small particles achieves gap filling, which improves the compaction density of lithium iron phosphate material, and realizes the densification of positive electrode piece.
