▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene layers on a substrate, comprises: applying a paste comprising 0.5-15 wt.% of graphene nanoplatelets mixed with an organic vehicle in the form of a polymethyl methacrylate solution in Butyl carbitol (RTM: Diethylene glycol butyl ether) acetate with a concentration of 2-10 wt.% or in the form of a polycarbonate solution in Butyl carbitol (RTM: Diethylene glycol butyl ether) acetate with a concentration of 5-12 wt.% on the substrate by the screen printing method; and annealing the paste applied on the substrate at 100-500 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene layers on a substrate (claimed) which is used in electronics and microelectronics to produce transparent conductive layers which form transparent electrodes in display devices, electrodes in lithium-ion batteries, electrodes with developed active surface in electrolytic capacitors including supercapacitors, field-effect transistors, chemical sensors and biological substances featuring high sensitivity, selectivity and speed of reaction including gas detectors, resistive layers for electronics, and resistive thermal and electromechanical sensors. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes the paste which does not allow resistive or conductive graphene layers; provides graphene layers even on surfaces of temperature-sensitive substrates including aluminum, plastic materials (films), fabrics and paper; is quick and inexpensive; and quickly coats large surfaces. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a paste having graphene nanoplatelets and an organic vehicle, comprising 0.5-15 wt.%, preferably 5-8 wt.% of graphene nanoplatelets, an organic vehicle in the form of a polymethyl methacrylate solution in Butyl carbitol (RTM: Diethylene glycol butyl ether) acetate with the concentration of 2-10 wt.%, preferably 8 wt.% or a vehicle in the form of a polycarbonate solution in Butyl carbitol (RTM: Diethylene glycol butyl ether) acetate with the concentration of 5-12 wt.%, preferably 10 wt.%, or possibly additives which improve dispersion, additives which improve the rheology of the paste and agents which reduce surface tension, facilitate de-agglomeration and prevent re-agglomeration and sedimentation of the filler.
