USE - Used as surface-coated anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: arranges nano-graphene in the material; improves the overall corrosion resistance of the fabric; makes the fabric applicable to many extreme environments; does not easy to corrode; ensures the service life of the fabric; further arranges bamboo charcoal fiber in the material; utilizes natural impregnation method for each material to be integrated with the fabric in the production process; intervenes the fusion by controlling the temperature; and improves the fusion effect of various materials and fabrics. The bamboo charcoal fiber: has good anticorrosion and stable antibacterial properties; and improves the hygiene of the fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the surface-coated anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric, comprising (i) taking the cloth base material, placing into the ultrasonic cleaning agent, increasing the cleaning temperature, adding a specific amount of cleaning agent, and cleaning for a period of time, (ii) taking out the cleaned cloth substrate, placing it in a drying device, providing a specific temperature, quickly drying the cloth substrate for a period of time, and ensuring that their internal moisture content is below a specific level, (iii) taking the bamboo charcoal fiber and placing in a mixing device to increase the temperature in the device, adding nano-silver antibacterial masterbatch to the bamboo charcoal fiber, and maintaining the mixing speed for mixing material for period of time, (iv) gradually adding dispersant to the mixture, (v) cooling the mixture, taking out the mixture, placing in a container, and numbering as agent A, (vi) taking the dried fabric substrate, placing in the dipping solution to keep warm, and completely immersing the fabric substrate in the dipping solution for a period of time, (vii) taking out the immersed cloth substrate, and flatly spreading in a glass container, (viii) taking agent A and nano-graphene, pouring it on the surface of the cloth substrate and providing a specific temperature, making agent A and nano-graphene completely penetrate on the surface of the cloth substrate for a period of time, (ix) taking out the cloth substrate, placing in the drying device, and drying, (x) taking out the cloth substrate, taking the nano-wave absorber, evenly coating it on the surface of the cloth substrate, and performing multiple reciprocating brushing, (xi) taking out the brushed cloth substrate and placing back into the drying device for drying, and (xii) taking out the finished product, packaging and storing.
