NOVELTY - Silver nanowires transparent electrode comprises a layered structure of the electrode is orderly distributed as flexible base material silver nanowires anode layer, hot pressing poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate modified layer, hole transport layer, organic luminescent material and electron transport layer, lithium fluoride electron injection layer and cathode material. The material of the electron injecting layer is lithium fluoride. The hole transporting layer has thickness of 50-100 nm and is made of polypropylene material. USE - The silver nanowire transparent electrode is used for organic light emitting diode (OLED) of a flexible and non-flexible device. ADVANTAGE - The silver nanowire transparent electrode is used on the OLED, so that the flexibility is improved better, so as to be suitable for flexible and non-flexible device. By using nano-silver wire to prepare the composite reinforced layer in the transparent conductive graphene surface, which is helpful for improving the conductivity and flexibility of the film, improving the mechanical performance, further improving the service life of the OLED display device. In addition, the poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate polymer modified, which can reduce the roughness of the silver nano-wire on the substrate surface the polymer which is good for increasing the hole injection capability of the organic LED, obviously improving the luminous efficiency and stability of the LED, and reducing the working voltage.
