NOVELTY - Plastic master batch for building comprises 20-30 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 40-60 pts. wt. aluminosilicate, 28-45 pts. wt. high hardness filler, 18-22 pts. wt. plasticizer, 10-20 pts. wt. stabilizing agent and 10-20 pts. wt. lubricant. The phenolic resin is thermoplastic linear phenolic resin. The molar ratio of formaldehyde/urea in the urea-formaldehyde resin is 1.5. The epoxy resin is a bisphenol A epoxy resin. The high-hardness filler is diamond powder, quartz sand, ceramic powder and/or graphene. The plasticizer is epoxy stearic acid octyl ester, epoxidized triglyceride and/or di-butylphthalate. The stabilizing agent is calcium zinc stabilizing agent, barium zinc stabilizing agent, lead salt stabilizing agent, organic tin stabilizing agent and/or rare earth stabilizing agent. The lubricant is liquid paraffin, microcrystalline wax, high melting point paraffin wax and/or polyethylene wax. USE - The plastic master batch is useful for building. ADVANTAGE - The plastics has high strength and high hardness; and compensates for the non-wear resistance of the ternary resin system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the plastic masterbatch for construction comprising, (i) placing phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, epoxy resin, aluminosilicate, high-hardness filler, plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant into a high-speed mixer in proportion to mix to obtain a mixture; (ii) adding the mixed raw materials described in step (i) from the feed port of the twin-screw extruder, and the extrusion temperature is 125-150 degrees C; and (iii) extruding the sample obtained by extrusion granulation in step (ii) into a single-screw extruder at an extrusion temperature of 125-160 degrees C, extruding and pelletizing to obtain a plastic masterbatch for construction.
