▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has an outer scraping ring (14) whose middle portion is connected with a steel wire rope extending upwards from a bottom of a purifying cabin (1). A top end of the steel wire rope is provided with a connecting rod (17) extending outwards from the purifying cabin. An outer side of the purifying cabin is installed with a slow motor (5) through a supporting rod (13). An action shaft of the slow motor is equipped with a crank (8) hinged with the connecting rod. The crank drives the connecting rod to move downwards when the slow motor is electrified, so that the connecting rod drives the outer scraping ring to move upwards along an inner wall surface of an electric sheet through the steel wire rope. The outer scraping ring drives an inner scraping seat (18) to move upwards along an inner wall surface of a first compartment and a second compartment. USE - Graphene solution purifying and impurity removing device. ADVANTAGE - The device only uses one motor driving multiple scraping mechanism action mode. The impurity on the electrode plate is quickly removed, thus, saving electric energy and improving the working efficiency. The charged particles in the graphite solution cleaning efficiency are higher. An outer wall of the purifying chamber is provided with the motor, which is possible to quickly clean impurity left when purifying electrode plate in the two-station cabin through the connecting rod drive mode. The working efficiency is improved and saves the kinetic energy component. The left and right double electric cylinders and the middle motor drive the scraper to clean the impurities on the multi-electrode plate to save the lot of electric energy components and save the electric energy.
