NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-doped graphene involves adding graphite powder into anhydrous ethanol, sealing and ultrasonically reacting for 30-60 minutes, cooling to obtain graphene suspension, adding polyethylene glycol into graphene suspension, stirring mechanically and dissolving to obtain alcoholic graphene dispersion, decompressing and distilling alcoholic graphene dispersion in decompression distillation kettle for 2-5 hours to obtain viscous fluid, baking to obtain fluffy graphene block, adding graphite block into reaction kettle, heating and stewing for 20-40 minute then introducing silane gas and reacting for 3-8 hours, cooling naturally to obtain graphene absorbing block, adding graphene absorbing block into absolute ethyl alcohol, reacting ultrasonically for 30-60 minutes, filtering to obtain silicon doped deposition, heating and pressurizing silicon doped deposition in hydrogen kettle for 3-6 hours, and cooling to obtain silicon-doped graphene. USE - Method for preparing silicon-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon-doped graphene has simple technique and strong controllability of silicon doping rate, and is suitable for large scale production.
