NOVELTY - The conduit has a butterfly-shaped squama surface filled with conductive material e.g. reduction oxidation graphene carbon nano-tube and electric spinning materials, where the butterfly-shaped squama surface is with neurotrophic factor. An inner wall of a conduit main body is formed with the butterfly-shaped squama surface. USE - Butterfly squama based conductive nerve conduit for neurology field. ADVANTAGE - The conduit is convenient to manufacture and inexpensive by utilizing butterfly-shaped squama as raw material, and has high safety and a micro-nano surface arranged in the conduit main body in a parallel manner for guiding nerve cell to directionally extend along direction of squama ridge, and slowly releases brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in hydrogel to ensure better adhesion effect of the nerve cell for increasing directional growth rate of the nerve cell so as to promote nerve tissue regeneration by combining various e.g. factors nano-bionics, directional induction and sustained release of nutritional factors.
