NOVELTY - Polylactic acid material comprises base material of polylactic acid which is uniformly dispersed in the graphene oxide-silver nanocomposite. USE - Polylactic acid material for manufacturing of antibacterial clothing. ADVANTAGE - The polylactic acid material is resistant to heat and has antimicrobial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polylactic acid material, which involves: (A) adding 10-30mM of 5ml silver nitrate solution in 0.5mg/ml aqueous solution of graphene oxide dropwise, stirring the mixture at room temperature for 24-48 hours, then centrifuging the mixture at 10000 revolutions per minute for 5-10 minutes, washing with deionized water, centrifuging the obtained precipitate and placing in oven at 50-80 degrees C for 5-12 hours to obtain graphene oxide-silver nanocomposite; (B) dispersing graphene oxide-silver nanocomposite in 0.1-20g/l lactic acid, sonicating at 300-1000 watts for 0.5-5 hours to obtain mixture of graphene oxide-silver nanocomposite and lactic acid; (C) vacuum drying the obtained mixture at 50-80 degrees C by placing the mixture in oven for 10-48 hours; and (D) performing direct condensation to obtain polylactic acid material.
