NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 67-85 pts. wt. resin, 24-40 pts. wt. diatomite, 36-50 pts. wt. fly ash, 0.5-3 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene particles, 0.1-1 pts. wt. phenylacetic acid, 0.4-1.5 pts. wt. nano silver particles and 4-8 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The composite material is useful for household appliance fitting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has wide raw material source, simple preparation and low device investment cost, comprehensive performance, beautiful and fashionable appearance; and is suitable for large scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material, comprising (1) soaking diatomite in 0.5-1 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution for 0.5-2 hours, adding diatomite into ferric chloride solution, stirring, then filtering, and washing with deionized water until neutral to obtain modified diatomite, (2) adding resin, glass fiber and graphene particles into ball mill, then ball milling and sieving through 240-360 mesh sieve to obtain first mixed powder, (3) mixing uniformly the modified diatomite, first mixed powder, fly ash, phenylacetic acid, nano silver particles and curing agent, then reacting at 240-270 degrees C for 15-25 minutes to obtain raw material, and (4) adding the raw material into single-screw extruder, then extruding, and melt cooling stereotypes to obtain final product.
