NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature and solvent resistant silicone rubber-based flexible graphene heating film comprises (i) taking 100 pts. wt. graphene powder, soaking in silicone-acetic acid carbitol solution, filtering, and drying at room temperature to obtain a silicone resin-coated graphene powder, where graphene powder is a single layer or multiple of layers of graphene having a chip diameter of 0.001-10 mu m and silicone resin is methyl phenyl silicone resin, vinyl silicone resin and methyl hydrogen silicone resin; and (ii) taking 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 10-100 pts. wt. heat-resistant additive and 10-100 pts. wt. silicone resin-coated graphene powder, stirring to obtain a base material, adding 10-300 pts. wt. volatile organic solvent into base material and stirring uniformly to obtain a liquid silicone rubber-based graphene dispersion. USE - The method is useful for preparing high temperature and solvent resistant silicone rubber-based flexible graphene heating film. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces film with high electrically conductive properties, resistant to high temperature and solvent resistant; and useful at lower voltages. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high temperature and solvent resistant silicone rubber-based flexible graphene heating film comprises (i) taking 100 pts. wt. graphene powder, soaking in silicone-acetic acid carbitol solution, filtering, and drying at room temperature to obtain a silicone resin-coated graphene powder, where graphene powder is a single layer or multiple of layers of graphene having a chip diameter of 0.001-10 mu m and silicone resin is methyl phenyl silicone resin, vinyl silicone resin and methyl hydrogen silicone resin; and (ii) taking 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 10-100 pts. wt. heat-resistant additive and 10-100 pts. wt. silicone resin-coated graphene powder, stirring to obtain a base material, adding 10-300 pts. wt. volatile organic solvent into base material and stirring uniformly to obtain a liquid silicone rubber-based graphene dispersion, where silicone rubber is a mono-vinylpolyorganosiloxane containing methyltrifluoropropyl or a double-blocked vinyl polyorganosiloxane containing methyltrifluoropropyl, the heat-resistant additive is iron oxyhydroxide, ferric oxide or acetylene black, where 5-30 pts. wt. organic titanate-treated acetylene black having a specific surface area of 10 m2 or more and volatile organic solvent is toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, n-pentane, n-pentadecane, n-hexadecane and cyclohexadecane.
