▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Molybdenum trioxide/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide composite material comprises nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide and sheet-like molybdenum trioxide, which is grown on the surface of nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide. The composite material has a three-dimensional porous structure. USE - Molybdenum trioxide/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide composite material used as a negative electrode material for a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The molybdenum trioxide/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide composite material is prepared with high yield in a simple and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing molybdenum trioxide/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide composite material, which involves: (A) heating aqueous graphene oxide solution, molybdate and ammonium salt at 100-160 degrees C for 2-6 hours, and uniformly dispersing to obtain mixed solution; (B) filtering the mixed solution and washing the filter cake, drying the filter cake to obtain a black powder; and (C) calcining black powder at high temperature under an inert atmosphere to obtain a composite material.
