NOVELTY - Preparing magnesium-zinc-calcium-tin biomedical magnesium alloy by multi-corrosion-resistant comprises preparing graphene by hydrothermal chemical reaction method, using magnesium-zinc-calcium-tin biomedical magnesium alloy as the matrix, melting graphene to form graphene strengthening phase to enhance the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy, refining the prepared magnesium alloy by hot extrusion deformation to further enhance the corrosion resistance of the material, finishing the hot-deformed lath graphene-enhanced magnesium-zinc-calcium-tin biomedical magnesium alloy into bone plate according to the national medical device standard, plating the galvanized tin composite film by electroless plating which has better anti-corrosion effect and realizes multiple corrosion resistance of magnesium-zinc-calcium-tin biomedical magnesium alloy. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnesium-zinc-calcium-tin biomedical magnesium alloy by multi-corrosion-resistant. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts magnesium-zinc-calcium-tin alloy as the matrix, graphene as the strengthening phase and zinc-tin composite film as the protective film to realize the multiple corrosion resistance of the magnesium-zinc-calcium-tin biomedical magnesium alloy.
