▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An anti-corrosive conductive coating is a two-component coating comprising component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 100-120 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. toluene, 10-15 pts. wt. polyaniline and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. solubilizer, and has viscosity adjusted to 300-500 mPa.second using absolute ethyl alcohol. The component (B) comprises 3-5 pts. wt. air entraining agent, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 80-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin curing agent. USE - Anti-corrosive conductive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion conductive coating has excellent corrosion resistance and conductivity, and effectively prolongs the service life of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anticorrosive conductive coating which involves (s1) adding polyaniline and solubilizer into toluene, stirring, mixing, and adding epoxy resin, continuously stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain component (A), and adjusting the viscosity of the component (A) to 300-500 mPa.second using absolute ethyl alcohol, (s2) mixing the air entraining agent and graphene oxide, pouring the mixture into the epoxy resin curing agent, and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic radiation to obtain component (B).
