NOVELTY - Graphene lubricating oil comprises 95-110 parts mass base oil, 1-3 parts mass molybdate compound, 0.8-2 parts mass modified graphene, 0.9-3 parts mass dispersant, 1.5-3 parts mass composite antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 part mass corrosion inhibitor, 0.12-0.2 part mass preservative and 0.05-0.2 part mass antifoaming agent. USE - The graphene lubricating oil is used in industrial robot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil has simple composition, low production cost, stable product performance, excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, high and low temperature lubrication properties, oxidation resistance, colloidal stability, water resistance, corrosion resistance, high practicability and economic benefit, meets the lubrication requirement of industrial robots under different working condition, is prepared by simple, non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally-friendly process, and uses sulfur and phosphorus-free antiwear agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene lubricating oil, involving (i) preparing modified graphene, (ii) preparing molybdate complex, (iii) adding the prepared modified graphene, molybdate compound and dispersant to base oil, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, and (iv) adding composite antioxidant, corrosion inhibitor, corrosive agent and antifoaming agent to the obtained mixed solution, heating at 95-105 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours, and cooling to obtain the product.
