NOVELTY - Preparation of microcrystalline graphene nanosheet/silicon composite electrode material comprises subjecting microcrystalline graphite to chemical intercalation treatment and high-temperature expansion treatment, repeating intercalation and high-temperature expansion treatment, sonicating expanded microcrystalline graphite twice, peeling, pressure-filtering graphene nanoplatelets, separating, washing, drying peeled materials, mixing graphene nanoplates and nanosilicon at 2-5:1 mass ratio under inert gas, and ball-milling mixture at ball ratio of 10-12:1 for 5-6 hours. USE - Method for preparing microcrystalline graphene nanosheet/silicon composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, low cost, and no sulfur additive.
