▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Making cotton pulp kraft paper for an IC carrier, comprises (i) preparation of cotton pulp: adding 70-80 wt.% cotton linters and 20-30 wt.% log raw materials into the cooking equipment, adding sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfite, heating to 150-200°C, and controlling the steam pressure at 0.3-1.2 MPa, continuous cooking process for 36 hours; (ii) using potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid solution to bleach the boiled raw materials, where the pH of the solution is controlled to 1.5-2.1, bleaching for 20-40 minutes, at 25-30°C; (iii) adding bleached slurry into a single disc mill to decompress; (iv) beating the pulp through multiple conical refiners connected in series and connecting in series for beating, and then washing and purifying; (v) adding micron graphene powder, lignin furfural resin in slurry, and stirring to form uniform slurry; and (vi) passing the slurry into the fourdrinier paper machine, sizing, drying, pressing and calendering. USE - The cotton pulp kraft paper is used as the buffer layer of the IC carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cotton pulp kraft paper has good heat-conducting uniformity and mechanical performance as the buffer layer, which can reduce the temperature difference of each layer of the plate in the pressing process. It can be recycled for many times, reducing the manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for cotton pulp kraft paper.
