NOVELTY - A graphene oxide modified cement comprises powder which comprises 1-50 %mass graphene oxide modified hydroxyapatite, 50-99 %mass calcium sulfate, and liquid which comprises 0.5-2 %mass graphene oxide aqueous solution, 0.05-3 %mass sodium alginate aqueous solution, 0.05-3 %mass chitosan aqueous solution, 0.05-3 %mass sodium hyaluronate aqueous solution, 0.01-1 %mass polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, 0.01-1 %mass polyethylene glycol aqueous solution, and 0.01-5 %mass cellulose aqueous solution or water. USE - Graphene oxide modified cement useful for fracture fixation and as bone defect repair filler material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide modified cement has excellent antibacterial property, water resistant collapsibility, and biocompatibility, reduced waste, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene oxide modified cement; and (2) application of graphene oxide modified cement in fracture fixation and bone defect repair filler material.
