▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/polymer modified cement-based repair mortar comprises 35-45 wt.% powder, 40-50 wt.% quartz sand and 10-15 wt.% liquid material. The powder comprises 10-20 pts. wt. fast hardening sulfoaluminate cement, 50-60 pts. wt. Portland cement, 5-15 pts. wt. superfine fly ash, 15-25 pts. wt. slag, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon ash, 1-3 pts. wt. calcined nanoclay particles, 0.3-0.9 pt. wt. cellulose, 0.01-0.07 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 5-10 pts. wt. polymer. The liquid material comprises 0.8-2 water reducing agent and 96-98.2 water in weight ratio. The polymer is one of aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, styrene butadiene emulsion and styrene acrylic emulsion. USE - Graphene oxide/polymer modified cement-based repair mortar for building materials. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has excellent mechanical property and durability by adding graphene oxide, excellent flexibility due to the addition of emulsions and excellent chloride ion erosion resistance.
