NOVELTY - Preparing moisture-proof glassine release paper comprises preparing from cationic starch, acrylic acid, styrene-acrylic acid, cellulose acetate, paraffin, titanium dioxide, polyacrylate emulsion and water; dispersing graphene nano-powder and adhesive in silicone oil solvent to obtain moisture-proof release agent; mixing long fibers, short fibers and glass fibers, and beating using a beater; adding moisture-proof modifier to above slurry, adding paddle in the paddle pool; diluting pulp with white water and making a wet paper web on Fourdrinier paper machine; passing through press section, front drying section, sizing, and post-drying, calendering, coiling, and slitting to make glassine base paper; placing glassine base paper in a processing vessel, and adding corona liquid and moisture-proof modifier to the processing vessel, and carrying out corona treatment; coating moisture-proof release agent on surface of glassine paper using the coating machine, and drying. USE - Preparation method of moisture-proof glassine release paper. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare moisture-proof glassine release paper, which has excellent moisture resistance, strength and transmittance of reinforced paper strength, improves paper density, and increases paper waterproof performance, and has high specific surface area and conductive network formed between graphene sheet layers uniformly connected, under the application of lower voltage to generate higher heat, with effect of automatic dehumidifying.
