NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene-molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite material involves dissolving thiourea and a molybdenum source in an ethanol solution. The resulting mixed solution is stirred in a constant temperature water bath to obtain a sol gel, dried, sintered at a high temperature to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene-molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has large amount of molybdenum-nitrogen bond (Mo-N) between molybdenum disulfide and doped graphene, two-phase strong bonding, high in yield, in simple and cost-effective manner.
