NOVELTY - A low-viscosity solvent-free epoxy graphene glass flake coating comprises a component (A) comprising epoxy resin E51, reactive diluent NC513, BYK-9077 (RTM: high-molecular weight copolymer with pigment affinity groups) dispersant, functional resin, titanium dioxide R2196, glass flakes, graphene, BYK-410 (RTM: modified urea) rheological additive, F40 leveling agent and 6800 defoaming agent, and a component (B) comprising CK-5106 curing agent, D0590 curing agent, graphene and BYK-9077 (RTM: high-molecular weight copolymer with pigment affinity groups) dispersant. USE - Low-viscosity solvent-free epoxy graphene glass flake coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The low-viscosity solvent-free epoxy graphene glass flake coating has excellent anticorrosive performance, and can be constructed by coating quick and easy method without heating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A low-viscosity solvent-free epoxy graphene glass flake coating comprises a component (A) comprising 37-40 %mass epoxy resin E51, 2-4 %mass reactive diluent NC513, 0.2-0.6 %mass BYK-9077 (RTM: high-molecular weight copolymer with pigment affinity groups) dispersant, 15-23 %mass 312 functional resin, 14-15 %mass titanium dioxide R2196, 20-25 %mass glass flakes, 0.2-0.3 %mass graphene, 0.2-0.5 5mass BYK-410 (RTM: modified urea) rheological additive, 0.2-0.4 %mass F40 leveling agent and 0.2-0.6 %mass 6800 defoaming agent, and a component (B) comprising 75-94 %mass CK-5106 curing agent, 5.6-24.2 %mass D0590 curing agent, 0.2-1.5 %mass graphene and 0.2-1 %mass BYK-9077 (RTM: high-molecular weight copolymer with pigment affinity groups) dispersant.
