▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Inducing graphene coating on the surface of glass fiber by laser ablation, involves (a) mixing the silane coupling agent and deionized water solution, (b) uniformly laying the graphene glass fiber precursor with a single layer on the flat plate, (c) placing the spraying device in the heat preservation heating device and opposite to the hanging glass fiber, (d) uniformly spraying the polyimide solution diluted solution on the glass fiber surface, (e) spraying the diluent on the side of rotary hanging glass fibre, (f) volatilizing the solvent of the glass fibre surface, and (g) forming a polyimides film coated on the fiber surface to prepare graphene glass fibre precursor, (h) paving the graphene fiber precursor uniformly with the single layer, (i) uniformly covering each other, and irradiating the high-power laser beam output by the laser through the high reflector of the vibration mirror system and then irradiating. USE - The method is used in integrated circuit, battery energy, and electrode material, etc. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of forming a layer of graphene coating with thin thickness, high stability and high conductivity on the surface of the glass fiber, and coating uniformly, suitable for glass fiber with small cross section diameter, fiber type material with large radial length, so it not only solves the problem that the traditional graphene coating technology cannot be coated with large difference, size dimension difference is large, and the new synthetic graphene coated glass fiber material also increases the application value of glass fiber. The laser ablation method of the 3D graphene has high specific surface area, high thermal stability and excellent conductivity, so as to greatly reduce the pollution problem and cost caused by synthesizing graphene raw material.
