NOVELTY - Sulfonated graphene is uniformly dispersed in deionized water, and aniline monomer is added and constantly stirred. Aqueous ammonium sulfate solution is dripped to resultant mixture, reacted, washed and dried to obtain precursor. Obtained precursor is dispersed in sulfuric acid aqueous solution, stirred and filtered to obtain polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite. Obtained composite is mixed with acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride solution, ground, coated on current collector and dried to obtain polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material. USE - Manufacture of polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and rapidly provides polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material having high capacity and circulation stability, without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sulfonated graphene is uniformly dispersed in deionized water, and aniline monomer is uniformly dispersed to the resultant mixture, ultrasonically dispersed, and constantly stirred under ice-cooling condition. Aqueous ammonium sulfate solution is dripped to the resultant mixture for 0.5-1 hour, reacted continuously under ice for 4-6 hours, washed and dried to obtain precursor. The obtained precursor is dispersed in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, stirred and filtered to obtain polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite. Polyvinylidene fluoride is dissolved in N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain 50-100 mg/ml solution. The obtained composite is mixed with acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride solution, such that the ratio of composite, acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride is 80:10-15:10-5. The resultant mixture is uniformly ground, and obtained slurry is coated on current collector on stainless steel sheet and dried to obtain polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material.
