▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene wear-resistant polyethylene composite material comprises 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene, 40-65 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 5-25 pts. wt. alkali-free glass fiber, 10-25 pts. wt. ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, 3-8 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-3 pts. wt. adhesive, 1-3 pts. wt. grafting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. light stabilizer, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - The graphene wear-resistant polyethylene composite material is useful for supporting rollers. ADVANTAGE - The graphene wear-resistant polyethylene composite material: has tensile strength of greater than or equal to 40 MPa, elongation at break of greater than or equal to 10%, bending strength of greater than or equal to 53 MPa, flexural modulus of greater than or equal to 2980 MPa, relative wear loss of less than or equal to 170 mm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene wear-resistant polyethylene composite material comprising (1) mixing graphene with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and stirring at high speed for pre-dispersion, (2) adding remaining fillers and additives except for the alkali-free glass fiber and stirring evenly at high speed, and (3) mixing the mixture material with the alkali-free glass fiber, extruding and granulating to obtain a graphene wear-resistant polyethylene composite material for rollers.
