The solidified billet is pulled out from the outlet of the tundishing machine to obtain a continuous casting blank. The temperature of the continuous casting billet in the straightening and withdrawal machine is controlled at 1150-1250 degreesC after the middle rough rolling machine set, water spraying and cooling, the surface temperature controlled at 950-980 degreesC, the width of the intermediate billet controlled at 80-120 cm.
