The graphene heat-dissipation paint comprises resin, graphene, sodium montmorillonite, carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, silicone methyl branched silicone oil, polyethylene glycol, n-pentane, flame retardant, modified aromatic amine curing agent, solvent, ceria and traditional Chinese medicine essential oil. USE - Graphene-based heat-emitting coating on bulb lamp. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based heat-emitting coating has aromatic fragrance, excellent mosquito repellent characteristics, negative ions-releasing characteristics, antibacterial characteristics and removal characteristics with respect to formaldehyde, toluene and total volatile organic compounds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based heat-emitting coating has lampshade, light-emitting-diode lighting component, metal sleeve sleeved with lampshade and a power supply driving module. A base comprising silicon carbide heat conductor is provided between lampshade and metal sleeve. The metal sleeve has heat-dissipation holes. The heat-dissipation hole penetrates through metal sleeve. The silicon carbide heat conductor has heat dissipation slots. The graphene heat-dissipation paint is uniformly coated on inner and outer surfaces of silicon carbide heat conductor. A graphene heat dissipation paint is coated between light-emitting-diode lighting assembly and silicon carbide heat conductor. The graphene heat-dissipation paint is uniformly coated on inner surface of metal sleeve. The graphene heat-dissipation paint comprises 60-75 pts. wt. resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 4-6.5 pts. wt. carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, 1.5-2 pts. wt. silicone methyl branched silicone oil, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5.5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. modified aromatic amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. ceria, 1.5-2 pts. wt. activated mineral powder and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. traditional Chinese medicine essential oil. The graphene heat-dissipation paint is prepared by weighing and placing mixed resin, sodium montmorillonite, carboxylated styrene butadiene latex, silicone methyl branched silicone oil, polyethylene glycol, N-pentane, nano-silica, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers, graphene, fumed silica, flame retardant and solvent in mixer, high-speed mixing and concentrating mixture at 80 degrees C for 40 minutes, evenly mixing mixture, removing mixture from mixer to obtain mixture (a), mixing 70-80 pts. wt. hairyvein agrimony, 15-18 pts. wt. cortex moutan, 20-25 pts. wt. Torreya, 15-20 pts. wt. lavender, 3-5 pts. wt. breaking bowl flower, 3-5 pts. wt. calamus, 3-4 pts. wt. salvia miltiorrhiza, 3-4 pts. wt. flaccid knotweed herb and 5-8 pts. wt. radix stemonae, removing impurities, placing mixture in vacuum oven at -20 degrees C for 2-3 hours, pretreating mixture in microwave dryer, drying mixture at 17 kW for 30-40 minutes, pulverizing material with pulverizer to obtain API powder, extracting powdered raw material medicine with supercritical carbon dioxide extraction device at 28 MPa, 45 degrees C and carbon dioxide flow of 1100 L/hour for 2 hours, collecting crude oil with separator, placing crude oil in frozen environment at 5 degrees C for 70 minutes, high-speed centrifuging frozen crude oil at 17000 rpm for 25 minutes, removing impurities, placing mixture in vacuum oven at 85 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain volatile oil (b), washing and drying 1-3 pts. wt. Artemisia argyi, crushing mixture with ultrafine grinder to form crushed mixture of 30 mesh, adding deionized water, soaking mixture for 5 hours, adding water with content of water of 7 times of raw material, stirring and dispersing to obtain traditional Chinese medicine mixture, decocting traditional Chinese medicine mixture at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, collecting distillate, adding ether, extracting mixture, mixing distillate and ether in volume ratio of 2.5:1, taking upper oil phase, adding 0.13-0.2 pt. wt. anhydrous sodium sulfate and drying mixture to obtain volatile oil (c), mixing volatile oil (b) and volatile oil (c) to obtain mixed oil, stirring wheat germ oil, geranium oil, snow lotus essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil for 45 minutes, maintaining mixture for 30 minutes, filtering and cleaning mixture to obtain Chinese medicine essential oil, mixing traditional Chinese medicine essential oil and mixture (a) in blender at 70-80 degrees C for 15 minutes to obtain premix, adding premix to ball mill, adding ceria, activated mineral powder and modified aromatic amine curing agent, concentrating and grinding mixture at 70-80 degrees C for 4.5 hours and filtering mixture to remove impurities. The mass ratio of mixed oil, wheat germ oil, geranium oil, snow lotus essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil is 2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5.
