NOVELTY - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide/cuprous sulfide hybrid structure comprises pre-processing graphene oxide using improved Hummers method, ultrasonically dispersing the pre-treated graphene oxide and oleamide, copper salt, carrying out oil bath heating, making sulfur powder in accordance with stoichiometric ratio in the protection of nitrogen to form a clear solution and injecting to the mixed solution before reaction, centrifuging and separating product, adding mixed solvent of ethanol and chloroform to dissolve precipitate, and repeating process for 2-3 times. USE - Preparation method of reduced graphene oxide/cuprous sulfide hybrid structure. ADVANTAGE - Compared with the existing technology, the method uses in-situ growth method for preparing reduced graphene oxide/cuprous sulfide hybrid structure, has simple operation, strong controllability and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide/cuprous sulfide hybrid structure comprises: (A) pre-processing graphene oxide using improved Hummers method to prepare graphene oxide centrifugal sedimentation, then adding ethanol for second time and centrifugal sedimentation, removing graphene oxide contained in water; and (B) preparing and reducing graphene oxide/cuprous sulfide structure, ultrasonically dispersing the pre-treated graphene oxide and oleamide, copper salt, carrying out oil bath heating and exhausting air, performing water-gas treatment, making sulfur powder in accordance with the stoichiometric ratio in 60 degrees C hot oil in the protection of nitrogen to form a clear solution when the raising the temperature to the reaction temperature of the solution and injecting to the mixed solution before reaction, after reaction, cooling and adding absolute ethyl alcohol to 50 degrees C, and centrifuging and separating the product, and adding mixed solvent of ethanol and chloroform at volume ratio of 1: 1 to dissolve precipitate and ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, repeating the process for 2-3 times to obtain pure reduced graphene oxide/cuprous sulfide hybrid structure.
