▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene electrode plate comprises a foamed aluminum current collector and an electrode slurry comprising 75-93 %mass graphene, 2-10 %mass conductive agent and 5-15 %mass binder. The graphene has specific surface area of 1000-1500 m2/g, tap density of 0.2-0.5 g/cm3, aperture of 2-10 mm, particle size of 7-10 mu m, carbon content more than 99.8%, oxygen containing functional group of less than 0.35 meq/g, water content less than 0.40% and total metal content of less than 100 ppm. The current collector has thickness of 200-1500 mu m, average pore diameter of 50-200 mu m and porosity of 85-95%. USE - Graphene electrode plate used in manufacture of supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode plate provides supercapacitor with energy density of 12 Wh/kg and power density of 30.14 W/kg.
