▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a first electrode (31) arranged on an upper surface of a substrate (32). An isolation layer (33) is formed on the upper surface of the substrate. A second electrode (34) is arranged on an upper surface of the isolation layer. A graphene film (36) is coated on the second electrode and provided with a periodic nano-meter structure (361). The isolation layer is provided with a first window and a first inner surface surrounding the first window, where the window exposes a part of the upper surface of the substrate. The second electrode is provided with a second window and a second inner surface surrounding the second window, where the first window and the second window are correspondingly arranged. USE - Infrared sensor for use in an infrared gas detector (claimed) for detecting carbon dioxide concentration in a vehicle i.e. car. ADVANTAGE - The sensor enhances absorption of infrared light and absorbs specific infrared wavelengths, thus improving detection performance of the infrared gas detector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an infrared gas detector. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of an infrared sensor.
