▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Chemical sensor device comprises a sensor element, an oligopeptide mounted on a surface of the sensor element and containing a first peptide sequence forming a β-sheet structure and a cysteine residue at a position different from the first peptide sequence, and a probe that is bonded to the cysteine residue and binds to or reacts with a specific substance. USE - Chemical sensor device. ADVANTAGE - The chemical sensor device has high sensitivity by mounting a thin, uniform and stable structure of the oligopeptide coating layer on the surface of the sensor element and bonding the probe to such oligopeptide at a high density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the chemical sensor device, which involves: a. supplying an aqueous solution containing an oligopeptide dimer containing the first peptide sequence and the cysteine residue at a position different from the first peptide sequence to a surface of the sensor element; b. adding a reducing agent to the aqueous solution; and c. adding the probe that binds to or reacts with a specific substance to the aqueous solution.
