NOVELTY - The oxygen reduction cathode has graphite-alloy composite electric catalyst whose first composite component is nano graphene and provided as basal structure, and second composite component is mercury series alloy. The mercury series alloy is clamped between graphite layer and nano graphite layer and clamp. The quality of alloy content in the catalyst is 10-50 % and mass content of mercury alloy is 50 %-90 %. USE - Oxygen reduction cathode. ADVANTAGE - The use cost of oxygen reduction cathode is reduced.
