NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene glass comprises cleaning glass, eluting with water, ethanol, acetone, and isopropyl alcohol, ultrasonicating, cleaning glass for 3-5 minutes each time, and drying with nitrogen; and taking glass as substrate in low-pressure environment at 900-1100 degrees C, introducing gas at vacuum atmosphere, growing graphene film at 10-200 standard cubic centimeter per minute (sccm) flow speed, introducing carbon source gas comprising methanol and ethanol, stopping inletting carbon source gas and vacuum atmosphere gas, and naturally cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing graphene glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has uniform thickness, high quality, and good adhesion with the quartz glass of the graphene film.
