▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite conductive functional material of polypropylene and graphene comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene microchip masterbatch, 0.5-5 pts. wt. polyolefin surface treatment agent, 0.5-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-15 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, and 1-10 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - Composite conductive functional material of polypropylene and graphene used for automobiles, new energy vehicles, electronic appliances, household appliances, industrial appliances, petrochemicals and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductive functional material of polypropylene and graphene increases the interface polarity and cohesive energy of polypropylene plastic while increasing the molecular weight, improves the affinity with graphene, achieves reinforcement and toughening, more convenient to use and has better effect, and maintains good physical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite conductive functional material of polypropylene and graphene, which involves: (A) weighing 40 kilograms of homopolypropylene into a high-speed mixer; (B) adding the polyolefin surface treatment agent; (C) stirring for 5-8 minutes, releasing the materials for later use; (D) weighing 5 kg graphene microchips and gently pouring into the kneader; (E) diluting the silane coupling agent with absolute ethanol for use, the dilution factor is 10 times, the ratio with absolute ethanol is 1:10, under the state of slow stirring; (F) pouring into the kneader and stir for 2-3 hours; (G) pouring the polypropylene and graphene microchips after the preparation of the graphene masterbatch and the surface treatment of the graphene into a high-speed mixer; (H) adding the dispersant specified in the formula, stirring for 10-15 minutes; (I) adding the mixed materials to the double-rotor internal mixing extruder; (J) controlling the processing temperature at 140-225 degrees C for extrusion granulation to obtain masterbatch; (K) weighing the components; (L) pouring them into a high-speed mixer in turn, and stirring for 5-8 minutes; (M) feeding the above-mentioned mixed materials fed into a twin-screw extruder for extruding and pelletizing, controlling the temperature at 140-225 degrees C; and (N) cooling, mixing, testing, packaging, the finished product of polypropylene and graphene composite conductive functional material.
