▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/iron/ iron(II,III) oxide composite material comprises iron nano-particles and iron(II,III) oxide nano-particles that are loaded between graphene layers. USE - Used as graphene/iron/ iron(II,III) oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has stable internal structure, large specific surface area, and synergistically enhanced heat-conducting and wave-absorbing function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising: (i) mixing carbon nano-tube loaded with iron(II,III) oxide nano-particles and iron nano-particles, dimethylformamide, n-butyl alcohol, N-methylpyrrolidone and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and ultrasonically processing to obtain uniformly dispersed system; (ii) adding graphite powder into uniformly dispersed system, gradually layering graphite under ultrasonic action, gradually increasing gap between graphite layers, and subjecting carbon nano-tube loaded with iron(II,III) oxide nano-particles and iron nano-particles into gap between graphite layer until graphite is peeled into graphene; and (iii) removing part of N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain material slurry with suitable viscosity, and drying in vacuum at low-temperature to obtain target composite material.
