▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Constructing electrochemiluminescence immunosensor comprises diluting antibody monoclonal antibody to phosphate-buffered saline, (ii) dispersing nitrogen-doped graphene solid sample in N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically treating and adding graphite-phase carbon nitride solution, ultrasonically treating, adding polyamidoamine to the composite material and ultrasonically treating, and (iii) polishing surface of the electrode with alumina powder, cleaning, and dropping ultrasonically treated GN-PAMAM-g-C3N4 composite material onto the electrode, baking and drying under infrared light, dropping glutaraldehyde solution onto the composite material and reacting to activate the amino groups in polyamidoamine, washing excess glutaraldehyde solution with water, adding monoclonal antibody dropwise, reacting, washing the electrode surface, and dropping bovine serum albumin in phosphate-buffered saline solution to block non-specific binding points, and washing with phosphate-buffered saline. USE - The electrochemiluminescence immunosensor is useful in detecting CP4-enolpyruvulshikimate-3-phosphate synthase protein in transgenic crops (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical response of the immunosensor is linear when the GM soybean RRS content is 0.05-1.5%, the detection limit of the electrochemiluminescence immunosensor for the transgenic soybean RRS is as low as 0.025%, and exhibits high specificity and satisfactory stability, repeatability and accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: an electrochemiluminescence immunosensor, constructed by the above method; and used method of electrochemiluminescence immunosensor in detecting CP4-enolpyruvulshikimate-3-phosphate synthase protein in transgenic crops.
