NOVELTY - A reduced multilayer graphene film is prepared by preparing 2 parts of the same graphene oxide solution, pre-treating one part with cationic initiator and the other part with nitric acid or anionic initiator, and fully mixing so that the solution is electronegative; preparing a layer of positive or negative graphene film on substrate surface, placing substrate into graphene oxide solution, drying with nitrogen, and repeating the operation to prepare multi-layer graphene oxide film; and treating the multi-layer graphene oxide film by reducer and high-temperature treatment. USE - Method for preparing reduced multilayer graphene film used in electrode (claimed), for solar energy battery, sensor, organic light emitting diode, touch screen and photoelectric field. ADVANTAGE - The method uses simple electrostatic interaction method of film-forming, and has low cost. The number of layers of the graphene thin film can be controlled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reduced multilayer graphene film comprises: (A) preparing 2 parts of the same graphene oxide solution, pre-treating one part with cationic initiator and the other part with nitric acid or anionic initiator, and fully mixing so that the graphene oxide solution is electronegative; (B) preparing a layer of positive or negative graphene film on substrate surface, using de-ionized water to repeatedly wash, drying with nitrogen, placing the substrate into the negative or positive graphene oxide solution, drying with nitrogen, and repeating the operation to prepare multi-layer graphene oxide film; and (C) treating the multi-layer graphene oxide film by reducer and high-temperature treatment (150-1100 degrees C) to obtain multi-layer reduced graphene composite film, the reducer being hydrazine, hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride, vitamin C, ethylenediamine, or ammonia.
